Orders are dispatched with Royal Mail. When your order is dispatched you receive a confirmation email, and tracked services include a tracking reference. You can also find your order status under My account.

Returns
If something is wrong with your order, contact us via the contact page within 14 days of delivery and we will put it right.
Products are supplied for research use. For hygiene and handling reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve it with you.
