When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and order details. We use this only to process and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
Our site statistics are cookieless: visitor IPs are stored only as a daily-rotating salted hash, so you cannot be tracked across days.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except where needed to fulfil your order (for example Royal Mail, to generate your delivery label).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us via the contact page and we will respond.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes, then removed.
